Can't download App after moving country now payment failed??

Hey guys after moving to another country, I had to change my payment details on spotify but itunes doesnt accept that and I got accepted on zmthe usual spotify side but cant download the apo again cause pf payment failure:/ ??? Really upset bout that!

Don't worry, I'll get you back to using Spotify on your mobile device. What country are you now located in? Do you pay for your Spotify Premium subscription through Spotify's website or iTunes? Did you change your iTunes Country Store and Billing Info?

I started using spotify in germany and payed with my german credit card, then I moved to Australia. Now I changed the location on my account on the website and wanted to install the app back on my phone but it still says that I cant do it cause payment failure.
But the payment through the website went through.
Thanks for help, I need my music back ! 🙂

So in the beginning i paid with itunes, now that i moved i cant do it cause itunes doesnt accept the australian card:/ so i paid on the website now

@nina1310 Sounds like, the error message you are receiving is from iTunes. You'll have to update your iTunes account so that it's switched to the Australian store and has an Australian payment method attached. Let's try the steps to change the iTunes Country Store and update your payment method here. It's probably not accepting your card at the moment because the country isn't changed on your iTunes account yet.

@nina1310 Check out this article "If you can’t change your iTunes Store country or region". If you're still unable to change the country on your iTunes account, contact Apple so they can help! 🙂

I checked out that article, doesn't help. I dont get any help from apple either and I'm really mad paying for spotify already without being able to use it. And no contact number or any immediate costumer service is provided, neither by apple nor spotify 😞
