Can't enter my addres in Premium Duo

Can't enter my addres in Premium Duo

I payed for Premium Duo plan to use it with my wive, but every time I try to enter my addres I receive message "There was a problem. Please try again later". I live in Lithuania, now I am on vacation in Portugal. I tryed different adresses, but every time is the same... Without addres I can't invite my wive to use the opan...

Since you're currently not at the address you usually live at (snd where the plan is registered), it's best to try it again once you're back at that address.

I have the same issue with premium. Now the 7 days passes and I got blocked. I hope someone can help us out to get my premium account back with my husband.

In your situation, if you've missed the 7-day window to reverify the address then it's best to reach out to Customer Support that can have a look behind the scenes and assist you further. You can do so via one of the ways mentioned here.
