Can't enter new payment details

Can't enter new payment details

My payment card recently expired so my last payment didn't go through . I have logged in online and tried to enter new details only for the page to say form expires please reload and try again . Which I did several times and still no
Luck. The same happens if I select pay with phone bill. Any help?? I need my music !

Hey @C8ndy1985. Welcome to the Spotify Community!

I know it’s annoying when you can't update your payment details due to the form/site being expired. I would suggest that you change your payment details using a private/incognito window. That should get you back on track!

 

If the same issue persists, try another device aside from the one you're currently using, and you should be good to go.
