Can't figure out how to disable Premium

Hi,

I'm nearing the end of my 1 month free Premium trial and can't figure out how to disable it so that I don't start getting charged. Is it automatic, or am I missing something?

visit that link, sign in with the account and you can change what you want to do with your premium subscriptions

Im sorry to hear you’re having trouble cancelling your subscribtion. In order to switch from Premium to regular you must, follow the link provided to cancel your Premium subscribtion. Hope this helped 🙂

Just wanted to add that if you don't have the option to cancel, it might be that you are logging into the wrong account. Perhaps a friend or family members account or maybe you have a second account with us you do not know about.

You can use this page to find any extra accounts you might have.
