I've been charged when nny I have canceled my account over 3 months ago. I go to your contact form, select subscription as that is where I'm having problems. Then I select I'm still being charged after I have cancelled my subscription. It then saysni should fill out a contact form and it takes me right back to where I was. Selecting subscription, cancelled but still charged and its a never emding useless loop of no help what so ever. I refuse to not be refunded my money when I already cancelled my account. You have more than enough money to afford $60. I want a refund or a lawyer will be called. I need to talk to an actual person and not get a dumb automated message telling me to do what I've already been doing with no help at all.
The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.
