Can't find a certain profile/account

I can't seem to find one of my other owned Profile/Accounts when I search for it on Spotify. I have used both the digit/letter username and the profile username and it still won't find it.

Please help.

Hey @joshlc_1993,

You should be able to look this profile up by entering spotify:user:[the username] into the Search field in the app.

Let me know how it goes.

I tried it and still nothing shows up I'm afraid, just says "There was a problem displaying this page".

Ah, I think I know what the issue is. You kept the [ and ] in the Search field. I'd recommend removing both characters.

Do people have to do that every time they want to find it though? Seems a bit ridiculous.

Your profile may appear without the spotify:user: search when it has some popularity.
