Can’t find account. Please help!

I have a premium account that I had cancel about 4 or 3 months ago and I was still being charged, so I though I didn’t cancel it the right way. And then I got a different phone and wanted to set up my new phone with my account and now it’s saying it can’t find the email or the username. And I’m still being charged for not using it. I just want my account canceled so I won’t be charged again. Please help.

check your email history, make sure that email is the one registered with spotify, try changing the password perhaps too and logging in from new! have you tried logging in via facebook?

I have checked my email and I got the username too. And it keeps telling me my email and password can’t be found. I also looked on Facebook and I didn’t log in through Facebook. And I tried to changed my password and the email won’t work .
