Can't find account that I have premium on

Can't find account that I have premium on

I had accidentally signed up for two accounts, on accident, one which I did a free trial on. The free trial is over, and is charging my card, however, for the life of me I cannot figure out the username or password. Is there a way to cancel it via credit card number? I've asked the support team and was only answered with a bot directing me to this site. Not helpful at all! I've also read a post where someone had a similar issue and the credit card company could not cancel it for them, they were told that they would have to contact spotify. How do I talk to a live customer support staff?

The easiest way to contact Spotify support is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
