Can't find email address associated with account

My Question or Issue

I have an account set up on my family plan for my daughter to listen to music on our Nvidia Shield (which is an Android TV device). I set this account up a year ago and don't remember associating an email with it, and even though I'm logged into this account on the Nvidia Shield it doesn't list the account details anywhere in the app. I'm also unable to find any account details from the family plan page in my account - it only lists the user name ("Shield"). I just purchased another streaming box (Onn 4k Pro) and I want to set this account up on it, but I can't find the login details anywhere.

Is there anywhere in my personal account (family plan holder) or within the Spotify app on the Nvidia Shield where the account in question is logged in that I can find the login details for this account? It seems odd that the details for the account that I'm currently logged into on the Nvidia Shield don't show up anywhere in the app.
