Can't find my account and I want to retrieve it!!!

My Question or Issue

 Suddenly I did not have access to my spotify account. I had a refunded payment once and ever since I can not log back into my account. I don't even know how to receive my account because it was connected to my facebook and I don't know the username. I really hope there is some kind of retrieving possibility. It shows that there is no account connected to my facebook and also my e-mail that I use for facebook is also not connected to a spotify account it seems. HELP ME PLEASE!!

**bleep** i have the same thing, i dont know any of my username, email or password but i still have premium so every month there goes €10 from my bankaccount but i dont even use it. Help please !
