Can’t find my account in Spotify premium

I recently posted a song after the whole issue with getting TuneCore to post it, and it finally was posted tonight and I could listen to it and everything and the artist name was there “NiGHT TiME” but when I went to Spotify artists to claim it, the Profile of the artist did not show up, but yet I could listen to my song. I am so confused.

Could you send me the link or URI of the song you are talking about? I'm asking it because I've searched for the artist's name you've mentioned, but I didn't find it as well. In the meanwhile, I'd like to ask you to wait 24 hours before searching for your artist again. You can claim your artist profile here.
