Hello, I signed out from my phone and don't remember username or password of my premium account how can I get the information to login again?

Try using 'forget password' and use your email to get the reset link. If that still doesn't work, you have to contact the Spotify support team here. They will help you to find your email connected to your official account. Also, if you have twitter, you can reach out to them faster via @SpotifyCares
