Can't find my username

I'm using my old account which is free right now, I made a new account and have premium on it but I can't remember my username, email or password. I need to figure it out so I can log in on a new device. I'm still logged into the premium account on my phone but the Android app gives zero information about my account, all I can find is this link: https://open.spotify.com/user/ptgac5al3l7oeyc5q06rfrlyt?si=JZ0pl88GSCir1xR5guzdkQ

Is there any way to figure out my username or email from this?
