Can't find premium account information

Can't find premium account information

So, my bank account shows that I have a Spotify account with Premium status, but of all my known emails and log-ins, none of them are Premium.

 

Not sure what to do about this situation, as it keeps pulling out on the first week of each month, and I want it to stop. x.X

In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your accounts. We'll also be able to track down the payment to see what account the payment is going towards.
