Can’t find username??

My Question or Issue:

i have a new phone and need to log into Spotify on the app. I can’t remember the email address used for my premium account and when I check the app for the information it gives me my username in numbers, help!

If you’re having problems logging in, and cannot remember your login info, you can check out this support article for the next steps in this case. 

In regards to your username being in just letters and numbers, this is because 

Spotify is always looking for ways to improve the Spotify experience, they are now automatically generating usernames, hence the random numbers and letters.

You don’t need to remember this to log in. You can log in with just your password and the email address associated with your account.

If you don’t like your username, keep in mind it’s currently not possible to change it. You can find alternative solutions by visiting this support article.
