Can’t follow friends

My Question or Issue

  Whenever someone sends me a link to their Spotify to follow Spotify comes up with the message “Spotify cant open this type of link on this device.” Everything is up to date. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you send us an example of a link that's not working? 

Could you also include a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Be sure to remove any private info (like usernames) from your screenshot before sharing it!
