If you're ineligable for the discount at this moment in time, it means either your discount is invalid or your card has expired.
From overlooking your account I can actually see that you've been on the student discount for over a year now which leads me to suspect that your card has in fact expired.
Could you please check you're using a new NUS card rather than the one you've previously used? Each card is only valid for 12 months.
If this is a new card, please re-try the process in a different web browser.
Still not worked in another internet browser? Get in contact with the Customer service team via the link which the awesome @Amarro provided for you ^.^
