Can't get Premium on my mobile device n

Have Spotify Premium but when I try to listen on my new iPhone mobile says I don't have it . Still works fine on my lap top but not the phone. Still being charged for it and want to be credited for my issue. Any suggestions? I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading but still doesn't recognize me as a Premium member.

Hello, Dolcevita17! Do you login with Facebook on your computer, or do you use a username? Make sure that you are signing in on your mobile device with the same credentials you use on your computer.
