Can't get Premium

I can't seem to be able to register Premium on my new account. On my old account I used to have Premium, then I cancelled paying for it on there and set up a new account. Everytime I try to pay through PayPal, I am constantly resetted to the Payment Methods Page on spotify.com. It tells me I can get Premium for 30 days for free, but I've already had a free trial on my new account.

Can you try upgrading again here, and let me know if that works for you?

 

If possible, I'd also suggest trying again using a different payment method. For the full list of payment methods available in your region, click here.

Have you used the same PayPal account for a trial on your old account? 

Thanks for responding. Yes, I did, in fact. Is it not possible now to use that same PayPal account for my new Spotify account? And I'm not interested in the trial, I just want regular Premium.

Thanks, I tried using that alternate link you sent me but that didn't work either. The problem is that I don't have a credit card and neither do I do online banking.

Can you try purchasing an e-card instead? We might have more luck this way 🙂

 

If you're on board with this, just go here and buy a one-month e-card. Before your month is over, try upgrading again, and it should work perfectly fine.
