I am a eligible US college student, i confirm my status and also get this message >>
You may now access the exclusive student pricing at Spotify.
Please click here to be directed back to Spotify to access your offer.
However, everytime I click to the next step, it didn't show the $4.99 discount price, it only show $9.99, and no other option.
So, what can i do?

Bump, exact same thing is happening to me and no fix was actually listed in this thread.
I get my student status confirmed but when I "click here" it takes me to my Subscription page where it still lists 9.99/month. What do I do?
Edit: I see a few recommendations in other threads and want to get ahead of them. My overview still lists 9.99/mo; I have tried to sign up for the discounted price a few times now and none of them are sticking, even after I cleared all cookies/cache and tried again.
@Riotous - If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you set up.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah, having this exact same issue. I am successfully verified as a college student but when I follow the link there is no option to change the subscription status to $4.99. Shame spotify neither offers a direct customer support phone number nor actively responds to its customer support forums. Bump for a fix.
