My Question or Issue

 Hi,

 

i have been logged out of my account. I can’t access it. I’ve tried re-setting my password and I still can’t get in. I can get in here through the website just not through the app. I had Spotify premium and I think because it was connected to my phone plan which I now no longer have, it’s gone to regular Spotify but now I literally cannot access my account. I don’t mind creating a new account as long as I don’t lose all of my music. Thanks.
