Can’t get into my account

Can’t get into my account

Well, I have an account that log in via FB, and my FB was hacked, so now I’m paying for premium family plan, and I can’t even use it cause I can’t  log in due to no being able to access my Facebook account. So what do I do? I want my Spotify, but I don’t want to keep paying for it if I can’t use it. How can I disable it if I can’t log in?

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

 

You can also take measures to protect your account so something like this doesn't happen in the future by checking out this guide.
