Can't get my playlists back

Hi!

Somehow all my playlists have disappeared and I've tried everything listed to get them back without success.

I lost my premium aswell somehow and I think it's possible that I've got two subsciptions now.

Can you see if you can get them back for me somehow?

This sounds like an issue outlined here. Are you sure you're logging into the right account?

If you follow the steps there, you should be all set again. As per the thread, if none of the first steps work, submit a contact form, and someone at Spotify can look into it. If you get an automated reply from it, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no-reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
