Can't get premium

Hi! i'm trying to pay the premium account, the thing is, my credit card and my paypal are registered from venezuela, but both got US$, when i use paypal it shows me only a blank page.

Spotify is currently not available in Venezuela so you won't be able to subscribe to Premium using a payment method from there. Make sure to enter your email address on https://spotify.com/why-not-available/ to be one of the first to know when Spotify is avaialble in Venezuela.
