Can't get premium

2 years ago I had to cancled my spotify subscription and today I want to get premium deal again but it always say I already have the same deal, and it always says my card having a bad day. Could anyone please tell me the solution? Thanks

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies, incognito mode and/or on a different device?
