Hello!
I clicked on an ad in my Spotify offering 3 months of Spotify premium at 99c a month.
I tried to sign up for it, but upon entering my card details it said that I've already taken up an offer/discount before.
I've never gotten Premium in my one year of use. The card however is being used to pay for my friend's Spotify Premium. Is that why?
Would appreciate a solution on this, thanks very much in advance!

Hello again,
Yes, since you have used your card on your friends account you can not use it for your own Premium. Sadly, you will have to buy Premium at full price.
Best of luck,
Austin
Hello,
Spotify users who have subscribed to the Premium service or who have taken a trial are ineligible for this offer. Unfortunately, you can not get this deal since you have taken advantage of a subscription from before.
Hope this helped,
Austin
Hi Austin,
Thanks for replying. I've never subscribed to Premium, nor have I taken a trial before. I've always been happy hearing the ads.
That's why I thought it was to do with my card, since my friend is paying for his subscription through my card.

No problem and enjoy using Spotify.

Hello,
I also tried to avail this premium offer Php 9.00 for 3 months and will be charged Php 129/month after, but after keying in my debit card details, it said I had already availed of premium before which I did in a different spotify account but the same debit card.
However, Spotify charged me, yet my subcription is still Free.
I'm just worried that after 3 months, Spotify will keep charging me Php 129 monthly.
Lucky for you, there is a new hack. Once you get to the page where it says you have already taken this offer, hold down onto continue, and click on cancel. it should work.
Make sure you holding down on continue as it wont work if you click cancel.
a week ago i used the premium offer: try premium free for 7 days. My trial will end tomorrow, and i am trying to purchase the 0.99 for 3 months offer. Every time i click it it tells me i am not allowed to use this offer, and tells me to pay full price. why is that....?
My boyfriend and I have the same issue. I bought the 99. Cents 3 month offer, and then handed him my credit card as we do live together and it said he already used this offer which he didn't but because we use the same payment credit card he now can't have the offer, which I think is ridiculous because why should it matter how people pay for it, I don't get it. What if he used a different credit card? Can he then have the offer? They are two different accounts, two different devices. If not then if he can't have the offer then he should be able to use the account I use. It's only fair. Spotify could have made more money. Because there's no way were gonna pay full price for one and not the other, that's ridiculous.
