Can't get to the student discount page

I have read all the faqs relating to the student discount and recently had a premium account but just ended the subscription so that i can get the student discount. I have done everything that the faq says but whenever i log in after I click get premium on the student discount page it brings me to: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/ with nothing even relating to the student discount or how to get it. any help would be greatly appreciated

I had the exact same issue. I am trying to convert my premium count to a student account while I qualify. Clicking on the link provided in the FAQ simply routes a person to the account details page instead of the education institution verification page.

I'm having the same problem. It's really shady because the checkout system for spotify is really short, there's no confirmation it just charges you as soon as you enter your info. I thought that once I clicked the student discount upgrade button I would be directed to a page that it would ask about my school and then apply the discount but it just charged me full price. Not very happy about that.

I think this is a bug with spotify's website. I am going to try to contact someone from their company about it
