My region is set to Switzerland but I have issue to subscribe to premium

2 months ago I was using the same payment card and it was working fine.

Never mind I tried to use Paypal with the same payment (card) and it works.

Bonjour, j'ai le même problème. Le fait est que le pays de ton compte Spotify ne correspond pas À celui de ton mode de paiement. Personnellement, je n'arrive pas À changer le pays dans mes paramètres.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Please keep in mind that in order to activate a subscription the payment method must be issued in the same country your account is set to. Note also that you can only switch your country to the one you're actually in. This page explains how to do this. 

 

If afterwards you continue experiencing any issues with activating Premium, we'd recommend giving it a go over an incognito browser. Sometimes the cache and cookies in your browser can cause such issues and this is an easy way to avoid them.

But I already tried in incognito mode and as mentioned I am in a good country region in parameters. 😕

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

Could you confirm that you're currently in Switzerland? You have to actually be in the country you're account is set to.

 

Keep in mind that Spotify doesn't officially support VPN, so if you're using one we'd recommend disabling it and trying anew.

 

If none of these steps help, it's a good idea to try activating the subscription over a different internet network and another device, if that's an option.

Yes I confirm I am in Switzerland.

I tried different devices (pc and my phone) and different connexion (mobile internet and fiber)

The payment method was working fine 2 months ago.
I do not prefer because I have a full cash back with this payment (spotify premium free)
