Can't join Premiun Duo

I had payment issues and I accidentally signed up with new account (forgot that I had signed up earlier with Facebook) and sent new Duo request to my boyfriend. Now I can't invite him back to old Duo account. Can we do anything or does he really have to wait 1 year to join my Duo again?
