Can't join family plan

I was invited through email to join a family plan, entered all the correct details only to receive error from Spotify saying that I can only change family plans once a year,

Have you joined a family plan in the last year? This security measure is made to prevent fraud, but don't worry! You can contact contact Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares and they will help you join that family plan.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
