Can't join to a family premium account

so recently my friend bought a family premium he's inviting me with a link I'm clicking and proving that I'm human then clicking continue and I get this error message "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." we tried many time for 2 days it's still same note: we're in the same country.

You need to have the same location, check if that's the problem. Also, maybe you have to cancel the premium if you currently have it to start a new subscription
