Can't launch webplayer

I am trying to launch the webplayer on my computer. I have done this every day for months and all of a sudden today it asks me to LOG IN, and when I click LOG IN it goes to a black screen. I have a premium account and it works fine on my phone so I am sure everything is fine with my account etc. I am not very techy and google isn't helping me with this issue! Any ideas would be great, thanks

I had the same issue after updating Java on Monday, 23 April 2018 . I deinstallated Java from my Win10-PC, and Spotify works fine in my browsers (Chrome, Edge, FireFox) now. I don't need Java at the moment. Often problems like this will be solved with the next update, so you can just wait.
