Can't link my email

Can't link my email

I've been trying to link my email with my new account for quite sometime now and everytime I try they say 'email already taken'. After the first try I went to the old account linked with this email and closed it but after that too they are saying the email is already taken😭. Please help

I'm having the same issues, I'm currently subscribed and have all my playlists on a fake email, and I have a non-subscribed account with my real email. how do I merge the two accounts? How do I delete my non-subscribed account so I can change the email on the subscribed one I have all my songs on?

If you're having issues changing the email address of your account, it is probably registered on a different account. In this case (and if you have access to it), we'd recommend deleting the empty account to free up the email and use it on your primary account. However, the system takes from 14 to 30 days to delete all the information and free up the email.

 

As a quicker option, you can also merge your accounts to avoid waiting the 30 days. But since we don't have access to the users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support so they can check the accounts and help you further from their system.
