Can't listen to Albums when offline

My Question or Issue

I have Spotify Premium for over a year now and I always could listen to downloaded albums even when I was offline. 

Since the update on the 06.02.19 came out, I can't listen to my downloaded albums when I'm offline and this is really dumb because it's the reason I subscribed to premium in the first place.

To translate what's on the Screenshot, it says: "You are offline. "album" isn't available while you are offline, please get a internet connection. "
