Can´t load payment

Hello,

I decided that I want to buy 3 months for 0.99 cents, but when I click on premium it only says free trial, and action for 0,99 is nowhere. Thats first problem. So I tell myself that maybe I have to use first that free 30 days (that 3 months offer ends June 30 atleast that was written in mail from spotify), but still there is another problem. On payment page I have infinity loading circle, I tryed to select payment method, but still infinity loading circle. I tried to select all of the payment methots all have same problem for me. So i tried to find something on Internet, some forums says that i have to fill my postal code, i did that, but nothing changed... So I want to ask, what I have to do?
