Can't log in, 1.3-year premium customer just deleted without reason

Hello, I have an account since last year with the email lguido20@student.scad.edu where I had student premium for a year. Then I bought a 3-month gift card and added after my student subscription ended, that was last week and today my spotify suddenly logged out.

When I try to log back in it says there's a problem, when I try to recover password it says the account doesn't exist, when I try to connect with facebook it won't. I had to create this new account just to send this message, I can't even find my old profile with this account, this proves that my account was deleted and I don't know why. I want my account back, or my premium back on this account, and I want my playlists!

I can give any information you may need, including credit cards of when I had a student premium, the gift code I used last week. I just want everything the way it was.
