Can´t log in, FB account deleted

Can´t log in, FB account deleted

So, I deleted my Facebook account and now I can´t access my Spotify 😞 Why can´t I login with the email adress as I could in the beginning?

Hey @JennieSwardh,

 

Do you want a new Spotify account, without FB? If so, just contact Spotify Support and they'll move your stuff over.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours :).

I would prefer to keep my current account. If I get a new account, can I use the same email address as I had before?

Yeah, the team will be able to free up the current email address so it can be used again 🙂

I have the same problem, i'd like to move my stuff from my old account to the new one. I've tried to reach the support from the contact form and twitter and hasn't got response from neither way for 3 days.. what should I do?
