Can't log in account anymore

Hello!

I use the third year of Spotify. Last month, I bought a one-year premium membership. Two days ago I suddenly can't log in to my spotify account with any one of my gadgets. It can not also go through the web. Also, I can't log in with facebook. Every time when I try to log into my account, it gives me this message: «Login failed» or «Oops! Something went wrong».

I ask your help. I've tried everything to may find in this community. Change my password does not work, get a message saying that: «The username or email you provided is not associated with an active spotify account». But I’m 100% sure of my login and password are correct. It seems that my account was stolen.

What i’m doing wrong? And what happend with my account?

I tried all of these steps to reset the password, but the problem is that Spotify displays a message stating that I was not registered by it and do not have an active account. I wrote in support twice, but there was silence and no one answers. I understand nothing!!!
