Can't log in after changed password

Can't log in after changed password

Forgot my password and tried to change it through the link. It all looks good and I get a confirmation that my password is changed but when I try to log in with my new password it says it's the wrong password! I've tried several times over several days and still can't get in to my account.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

If you are having issues logging into the app, could you try reinstalling the app following these steps

 

If you are having issues logging into the browser, could you try using a different browser or incognito mode? You can also check out this guide if you’re having issues logging in. 

 

If those aren’t working, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
