Can't log in after upgraded to premium

Can't log in after upgraded to premium

Hi,

There was no problems to log in when i upgraded to premium but next day i couldn't log in at all... I tried log in with Facebook and username/password. But it didn't work.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

 

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey @Swelit did you already follow the steps outlined here: Problems logging into Spotify

 

If using your FB username and password isn't working then you've set up your account using just your email address. Let us know if you have any trouble with that, thanks!
