Can't log in and I am not receiving password reset.

Plx halp. As above, I can't remember my password. And i suspect the reason why I'm not recieving the reset password mail is because of my facebook account who I mistakenly logged into spotify with- it has the same email address as my premium account

If you get in touch with the team directly using this form they will be able to manually reset your password after verifying a few private details via email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
