Can’t log in and can’t get email

My Question or Issue

 I have a premium account so receive emails confirming my bill each month. The app logged me out, I’ve tried to log back in with my email address but it says it’s not recognised. I’ve tried to use my username but it says the password isn’t correct. I then tried to reset the password but the email doesn’t ever come through. Please can you help?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try resetting your password using the web here? If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.

Hi,

If I try to use my registered email address (*snip*) it says that it isn’t recognised so I can’t reset my password that way. Whereas if I put my username in (jmt54), it says that an email has been sent but I haven’t received one yet and it’s been 2 days.

Is there any way you can set me a temporary password so that I can login and then change it?

Thanks for the info! That's pretty odd, as you only need your email to send the password reset. In this case, I'd recommend contacting Spotify customer support as they can take a closer look.
