Can't log in and or change my password

I need to cancel my premium account but the problem is I know my user name but the email I have under that account doesn't work anymore so I have no way of getting back into my Spotify or even change my password. Is there a way to cancel or switch my subscription to a new account, even if I can't get into the old one?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they should be able to help you regain access to your account. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
