Can't log in coz it's asking me to change my country setting, but can't change my country setting

When I tried to log in both on the app on my iPhone and on my computer, I got an error message that said, "Your country does not match the one set in your profile. Please update your profile, or upgrade your Spotify account."

When I clicked on the "update your profile" link, I was directed to Spotify's website in Taiwan, where I now live. When I clicked on the "Change Country“ link (my country was shown as Hong Kong), I got taken to the FAQ page--and not even an FAQ page related to changing my country setting, but just the general FAQ page. And I wasn't able to locate an FAQ that was related to my problem.

So I wasn't able to change my country setting, and I can't log into my account. Plus I haven't moved recently, so it shouldn't even be suddenly asking me to change my country setting. I think my country might be set to Hong Kong because my credit card is from there, or because my Apple/iTunes account is set to Hong Kong. Ideally I don't even want to have to change my Country Setting, but mostly I just want to log in. 

And I have a Premium account, so I don't know why it's asking me to upgrade.
