Can't log in-email associated with account now inactive

Can't log in-email associated with account now inactive

I have Spotify premium. I always remained logged in with my phone so forgot my username and password to my account. I changed phones and the backup/restore requires me to log in again. The email associated with my account to recover my login info is inactive. I can't access my music and my credit card is being charged for my premium subscription. I submitted question to Spotify buy can't locate any phone number for customer service. Any ideas?

Hey @spawling75, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details they should be able to track it back to your account. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
