Can't log in, error 401, account hacked?

I've been a subscriber for at least 3 years now and everything's been great. Imagine my surprise when all of a sudden yesterday I can't log in on the Windows application, or on my Android phone, or on the iOS app, or on the Spotify webpage! Yet I can't change my password because the website says my account doesn't exist.

I have tried some tips I've read like reinstalling Spotify and updating the Android app, but these haven't changed a thing. I was also billed on the 19th, just last week, so it's not a billing issue.

I contacted your help service yesterday, "Spotify Case # 01855913" and still have yet to receive a response. Do I really have to wait until Monday? Please help. Thanks.

@VALIS666 - Did you get a reply to this yet, it's also worth replying directly to that automated email which will bump your case in the system.
