Can't log in in Android app

I have been trying to log in my spotify account in my android app and I keep getting a notification saying that my password or username are incorrect, although online I can log in with the same password and username I am trying to use on the app.

We first suggest that you check out this help article. If that doesn't help, and you're sure that you're typing in the correct details, a quick reinstall might help. 

Also try with different network connections, Wifi's and 3G/4G.
