Can't log in into my account even with the right email and password

Hi everyone!

 

So recently, I was logged out of my Spotify account on the mobile app and when I tried to log back in it didn't work. So I tried on the website and same. It tells me that my password/username is wrong, but I know it isn't. So I try to reset my password, but it then tells my that no account is associated with that email, which is weird. Even weirder, when I try to create a new account with that same email, it tells me that it is already linked with an existing account! I don't really know what to do.
