Can't log in into my account

Hello, it looks like my Premium account doesn't exist anymore. If i log in with my Email it tells me my Email doesnt exist. If i log in with my Username it tells me the password is wrong, when i click "change password" it tells me that i've got an email but i get no emails. I have this problem on every device. There are no other error messages. please help

Is your Spotify account signed up through Facebook? Also, could you have accidentally made any spelling mistakes when entering in your log-in details? This has happened to me before and I then realised that I was spelling my log-in details incorrectly.
