Did you find a solution? I can't connect to Spotify either. It tells me I need a Premium Account which I already have. grrr
I can't log in either from my Denon. I clearly have Spotify premium, and the screen display on my tv (connected to the Denon) says I must have Spotify premium for the Denon.
I just did a firmware update to my Denon, thinking this might solve the log in problem....now the Spotify app has been removed. Ugh!
